I am giving it 10. There were so many negative reviews I almost did not book it - but it was perfect for us two for two nights! For a Standard Double room we had a very spacious room. They have kept the old french style doors within the renovated room which add a cosy and lovely touch to the room, but also made it more privative as the room had a private closable hallway. Bed is very comfortable. Location at the Place d'Erlon is the center of the city - under 5 mins from the Reims train station and under 5 minutes from a tram stop going to the TGV station. The place is surrounded by bars and restaurants. I recommend Aroma close by for a great culinary experience.

Convenience: Located about a five minute walk from the train station. So great for non-car travellers. Room: Cute, clean and air conditioned! When the staff put us on the 4th floor during the summer I was a bit worried. I thought we were in for a hot sleep. But it was instead so comfortable and charming because we could over look the fun on the street below and stay cool. Atmosphere: We were here during the Olympics and the Main Street here was so charming, with free concerts and people dancing. Staff: So helpful and warm. Breakfast: Decent coffee, great bread and butter, and I could cook my egg to order :)

the best western is in the city centre of Reims, the parking lot for your car is right at the beginning of the street where the hotel is located. The location is stunning. The hotel itself was in an old building, parts of it were renovated for example the fairly small but well equipped breakfast area, parts looked fairly outdated like for example the hallways. In the rooms the bathrooms were recently redecorated, but the bed room itself showed its age with some peeling/loose wall paper for example. it was very quiet.

The staff is very thoughtful and pleasant. Breakfast has everything you could look for. Rooms are very clean. One piece of advice for drivers: if you park in the underground parking lot across from the hotel, select your daily/2-day fare upon arrival.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with the little things one needs, kettle, shampoo, warmth, nice bed, etc. Location is super central. Moments away from Notre Dame and on a pedestrian area so all restaurants near by. City hotel, not silent, but very convenient. Breakfast served as a buffet. While it’s compact, there is everything there. Nice choice, well laid out, cozy atmosphere. Staff very friendly both at check in and check out. No irritation or long procedures. And most importantly, my dog was allowed in the hotel and the rooms! He loved it. Thank you

Central location with plenty of restaurants, shops and sightseeing goals in walking distance. Paid parking a stone's throw away. Very kind and helpful staff. Very good breakfast (at additional cost).

Our car broke down and we booked into this hotel last minute. I asked if we could check in early and had a message saying yes. The welcome was super friendly. Room was small, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small with a great shower. Location was fabulous. We had our dog with us and could t have been made to feel more welcome. Would return.

Conveniently located to the center of town and the central train station. Staff was very professional and willing to help when we asked. Room was very quiet despite being located in a busy area.
